I have just the recipe for you to take a lightsaber training break and cool down!
The healthy living recipe comes straight from Dole’s newest initiative. Thanks to Dole”s many recipes for healthy living, including the First Order Smoothie, Porgs and Greens and Praetorian Guards Your Poké, you can dine with The Force by recreating these dishes in your own kitchen. I was stoked to make DOLE’s version of Star Wars Blue Milk, which stuffs healthy bananas and cool coconut milk into a well-blended drink that my Younglings will devour. Try making it for yourself for a dairy free star wars sipper to celebrate healthy living and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
After you come home from seeing the film, make a quick snack of star wars blue milk while you hash out the suspenseful moments, strong female characters and plentiful humor. If you’re not into bananas, swap it for some protein powder or another DOLE fruit of your choice. Either way, it’s a fun way to bring the Star Wars universe back to your table for extended fun.
