This is a sponsored post on behalf of Dole. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Inside me, it’s always been there, but now it’s awake. And I need help. ~Rey, Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Official Trailer). If you’re training like Rey for your leap into the newest saga of the Skywalker Trilogy, you’ll want to concoct this dairy-free version of Star Wars Blue Milk! I have just the recipe for you to take a lightsaber training break and cool down!

The healthy living recipe comes straight from Dole’s newest initiative. They are recruiting multiple generations of Star Wars fans into the Resistance by featuring inspired recipes, limited-edition stickers and scan-to-enter sweepstakes with the chance to win collectible prizes inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The Unite for a Healthy Galaxy Sweepstakes encourages Star Wars fans to scan DOLE fruits and vegetables at their local supermarket to collect and share Star Wars: The Last Jedi content and be entered in a weekly drawing for a chance to win a voice-activated BB-8 toy or Star Wars: The Last Jedi figurines. You can find 3 sets of limited-edition DOLE® stickers on Bananas, Pineapples, Strawberries, Blueberries, Celery, Lettuce, Salad blends, and more across the U.S. and Canada. You can download the DOLE Star Wars App for free on both iOS and Android to entertain yourself with an interactive quiz, sweepstakes details, the release of commemorative character recipes and more.

I was stoked to make DOLE’s version of Star Wars Blue Milk, which stuffs healthy bananas and cool coconut milk into a well-blended drink that my Younglings will devour. Try making it for yourself for a dairy free star wars sipper to celebrate healthy living and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

The best kind of milk is the adult blue milk with alcohol. Blue coroco, amerillo, and coconut rum, and of course milk. That kind is really good. I use to drink it but can’t anymore. But, I never tried this innocent recipe before. May be good.

Which Dole Star Wars-inspired drink would you rather make, and for whom would you make it?

Any, as long as I could make it for Mark Hamil.

I am very excited to make this for my family. It is especially wonderful that it is dairy free since myself and one of my kiddos are lactose intolerant.
