Date Night with the Atlanta Braves

I love my kids soooo much.  In fact, I’d much rather order pizza and pop in a movie than snag an evening babysitter for a random date night out.  Chase and I like hanging with our brood.  Having an evening out without the kids usually leaves us running to a cast party for a film, dining out for a work dinner or otherwise hoofing around the city with an agenda.  Date nights out for fun are rare, and in my opinion, a little extravagant. Or extra. Or something.  So when we had a chance to catch a Braves game over some fancy Tater Tot Chops and bubbly beverages, I thought we’d take it.

As soon as we got into the stadium, we ordered some food, some drinks and explored areas of Turner Field that Chase hadn’t seen yet.  We found our seats and nestled down to enjoy a game, sans kids!  Have  you ever gotten caught by the Kiss Cam? It’s a very fun way to either share your love or drastically embarrass your partner.  When we took Red took his first game, we saw the kiss cam during an inning stretch and despite our best waving efforts, it passed us by.  During our date night out, we missed it entirely… so I made my own little meme.  Having fun moments like this keep everything a little more fun.

I made sure to go live on Facebook via my fan page with a fun video to give you a peek at our backstop-area seats and fabulous view! How many of you caught it live or watched it later?  Date Night with the Atlanta Braves #BravesBlogger

I’m working with the Atlanta Braves during their 2016 season to help spread the word about our favorite home team.  My husband and I were hosted to the Braves game.  #ChopOn

What a fun night out! I agree – I’m usually happiest just being home with my family. It’s a very rare occasion my husband & I get out just the 2 of us. Love how you made you’re own “Kiss Cam” shot. 🙂

Well, its not IN Turner Field, but I always like to see the spot in the parking lot where Hank Aaron hit his homer!

It looks like you had a great date night. I would love to go to another Braves game. I went to one with my dad when I was 15.

This sounds like a fun date night. My husband loves baseball and we live in Georgia so I know he would be all over this if I won.

I just love for excitement for life! That Kiss Cam is just too cute! The first thing I do when I walk in is the chop and snag a picture with whoever is with me. We love the Braves, and would certainly enjoy a night out together.

I haven’t been to a Braves game in forever. We normally go as a family but going for a date night sand kids seems like heaven. When I walked into the stadium I normally close my eyes and just breathe in the smells of baseball; )

Baseball live is so much fun, especially when it is outdoors, we used to have an indoor stadium and it just did not seem right. Finally have a great outdoor stadium and we love to go to games.

Take a ton of pictures. I’m really going to miss seeing the Braves at Turner Field. I love going to the giant chairs up top for some funny pictures and great views of the city.
