Festival Hours;  Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday : 11 am – 6 pm
The Sandy Springs Artsapalooza is  a 2 day outdoor event with an emphasis on the arts and handmades. Located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, they have several goals including giving back to the community, creating a venue that emphasizes local and GA artists, bringing a festival to the northern part of Fulton Co., to create a festival for Artists by Artists and to create a show unlike any other in the City of Sandy Springs, bringing together excellent artists from the local region and the national region.

The festival has even more to offer than just visual arts! Fantastic food trucks including Yumbii, Tastee Truck, Buen Provecho, Williams Bros Bar-B-Q, King of Pops and Bruster’s Ice Cream! A full musical line up (below), and TWO days of fun!
Musical Line up:
Saturday, April 20th
11:00 am – 12:00 pm George Price
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Key Lewis
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Noah Pine
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Maggie Smith
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm The First Stone
Sunday, April 21st

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Wesley Cook

The Art Sandy Springs (ArtSS) group is a 501(c) (3) volunteer organization dedicated to identifying, uniting & motivating the volunteer community to support the arts in Sandy Springs.

This festival is the only arts festival in the area boasting FREE entry and is completely family friendly!  Parking is close enough that you can bring your entire family, complete with strollers and pups.  The weather will be very nice, and there will be a great children’s area. An ATM/Cash machine is available for use. As I mentioned before, pets are welcome – be sure to keep your dogs on leashes and pick up all that they may “leave behind”.

The Festival benefits a scholarship fund for local artists administered by the Georgia Foundation for Public Spaces.  Visit the festival’s website or facebook fan page for more information!
