Every year, since I was a little kid, my family has always taken a Christmas picture. It can be on Thanksgiving Day (which gives plenty of time to create those Xmas cards), throughout the season, or by the skin of your teeth on Christmas day so you can send out “New Years” cards. But it always manages to happen. Or at least I MAKE it happen. This year was no different as a nifty little blogger friend, Marvelous Amy started her Pixel Clicks business. We got a mini session from her in the blustering cold of November, trying to get a shot of us all looking warm, happy and together.
After Amy was a SUPER trooper and shot with us for over 30 minutes of Red looking this way, and then that way, and then up at planes, trains and water fountains, she managed to get some way cute pictures of our family! Here are just a few shots that made up our Christmas card this year!

Great shots. I always like ones where the kids aren’t cooperating or even crying because it truly captures their personalities and age. I have professional shots of my daughter crying and drooling I love them.

Love your family photos! My mom did them for us this year, and they were a combo of family/maternity pictures. We plan to go get new ones in the next couple months now that we have an extra family member.

Love the cheek kissing snuggle shot! So adorable and perfect for a Christmas card. I totally dropped the ball on the Christmas card this year, but at least got a nice family shot on Xmas eve with everyone looking at the camera. hahaha
