I recently had my first foray into grilling. I am not a griller because of the free flame and gas aspect – I’m pretty sure I would have either lit the lawn on fire or burned the chicken to a crisp… BUT I ended up doing really well and our dinner was delicious. I hope you enjoy it, too!
Home-Made Honey Mustard:
½ c FF mayonaise
2 T mustard
1 T honey
1 tsp apple-cider vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt & Pepper
Combine ingredients until well blended in a medium bowl. Double for larger recipe or extra dipping sauce.
Honey-Mustard Grilled Chicken:
1 ½boneless skinless chicken breasts
Take 1.5 pounds of chicken breasts and pound to ¼ inch thickness. Grill on grill pan over med/high, brushing chicken with mixture as needed.
Oven-roasted Green Beans:
1 lb Green beans, trimmed
Spray beans with FF cooking spray and toss with salt and pepper. Spread in single layer on jelly roll pan. Roast at 450 for 18 – 20 minutes until slightly browned.
