Beauty and the Beast Disneybound for Kids: Belle & Gaston

Village Belle Disneybound for Kids
I picked out a cobalt blue Long Sleeve dress from Primary.com (there is also a short-sleeved version for warmer weather). Actually, there are many in this same color to choose from. is often about the solid colors of the while adding by the character. The soft gathered neckline and gathered skirt add swish while keeping the silhouette basic. I made a white apron from leftover scrap fabric I had in my office. The quilter’s cotton has a gathered front on a plain band with a long sash to tie in the back to cap off the outfit.
I added tights from the Primary collection, too since the weather in Atlanta has been frigid lately! The tights are a perfect thickness for my Disney girl to go about her business without chilly legs. The shoes are actually Disney Mini Melissa T-straps with Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse that we wear regularly. (Though I did get a good talking-to about the fact that Belle needs plain black shoes!)
Scarlett’s curly brown hair was given a middle part and a soft twist on both sides leading to a ponytail in the back. A white/cream grosgrain ribbon caps off the look. will recognize this easy hairstyle from our ! Though to be honest, with a pinafore apron and a black headband, Disney fans could easily transform this blue dress into Alice in Wonderland for another look!
This Disneybound is so affordable and easy, Village Belle will be at your house in no time at all! The best part about the elements of this outfit is that they are basic and timeless, giving you the ability to create multiple looks with each piece.
Gaston Disneybound for Kids
Talking my third grader into dressing up for me was more of a challenge than I realized. My pretend-play dude has finally grown up so much that he’s hesitant to wear full out costumes unless they are Star Wars or Dinosaur themed. Thankfully, Disneybounds are more suggestions of characters, rather than full out costumes, so my Beauty and the Beast proposal only got scoffs when I asked him to pose!
This Disneybound was made with three pieces from Primary.com. The Yellow Long Sleeve polo (now sold out) the cherry red Crewneck Sweater, and a great pair of clean, new Stretch Chino Pants. Once again, all three of these elements have already had a long shelf life in Red’s closet – going to the science fair, a Christmas Party, and a chilly family outing. The stretch pants are reportedly extremely comfortable and have an elastic pull waist for growth spurts.
Isn’t he handsome? I’d fall for that tall hunter any day! Your kids will adore these comfortable and easy to wear Disneybounds featuring their favorite Beauty and the Beast characters, Disney Princess Belle and Gaston.
