Hands Free is the Way to Be! A BeliBea Nursing Bra Giveaway

Thank you to BeliBea for furnishing a Nourish nursing bra for me to try with my pregnancy and post-partum lifestyle.  All opinions and thoughts are my own.

Since I’ve come home from the hospital with Scarlett, there’s not been much going on besides finding our new normal (which I suppose is a LOT in itself!). We’re both trying to settle into a breastfeeding routine, learn one another and find a new routine in our house with Red and Chase.  Being a new big brother is a lot to deal with, and like any other 4-year-old, Red is exerting his opinions and independence.  Meanwhile Scarlett and I are finding a balance, and there’s still a lot to be done!  I have a backlog of emails to return, bedtime stories to dole out and maybe even find a few minutes to browse a magazine for myself in recovery.  Add learning to feed my baby girl as well as pumping, and I’m exhausted!  Seriously, have you ever had to support a pump with both hands for 20 minutes? (You don’t need to answer that….) It’s hard!

Redhead-Baby-Mama

I was sent a BeliBea Nursing Bra to try a few weeks before Scarlett was born.  Made of gentle, no seam, stretchy fit material, it’s insanely comfortable.  No underwire means I wore it in pregnancy, and transitioned post partum with it easily.  I can tell you that I will NOT stand for uncomfortable in late pregnancy.  Sweat pants, spandex, and stretch only. If it’s not comfortable it’s not even entering my dresser, much less getting on my body.   But, I was surprised by the Nourish bra.  The adjustable straps are plush lined and the under band is ribbed, so it doesn’t roll at all.  I could wear that sucker all day long.  One concern I did have was the “uni boob.”  Since it’s spandex, was it going to fit like a sports bra? No way. The center ruching, v-neck design and molded cups (removable; they can get a little hot) keep a ladylike shape without compromising anything.  The neckline is also low enough to wear under my favorite pre-preggo shirts for nursing.  Win.

Nourish BeliBea Nursing Bra and Pumping Bra

So aside from the insane level of comfort this bra provides, how does it stand up to nursing and pumping?  It didn’t let me down.  The dual clip down lets me decide to nurse or to pump, or both.  My Medela Swing pump is easily supported, so while Scarlett naps after a feeding, I can pump to boost my supply and write content at the same time!  It was very stable and manageable.  BeliBea is being kind enough to offer a Nourish nursing bra for YOU to win.  Enter using the Rafflecopter below, and good luck! I know you will love having one of these!!

If I was hands free I’d probably be doing chores or something crafty.

I would just relax without having to worry about it. Maybe go on my computer to catch up with family.

being able to hands free would let me actually be able to pump both sides at same time, then give me time to read a book or get online and read some more posts and also just to relax and allow the pump to do the work.
