Driving Bold, and Making a Bold Choice

Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (“Toyota”) provided me with use of a 2015 Camry for a short period of time, and a gas card. I am receiving no other compensation from Toyota. The opinions I have shared about this vehicle are my own.

You can ask anyone in my family, or really anyone that’s known me longer than a few days: I’m not really a bold person. I don’t like danger, taking chances (I’d prefer stuffing my money in my mattress than playing the stock market) or big risks, even if there is a chance of a payoff. I’m a creature of habit and I prefer to play it safe rather than anything else.  Yet, I don’t think that makes me dull.  I still have lots of fun, laugh more than anything else, and have a good time.  When I was confronted by Toyota with the challenge of making a bold move, I didn’t know what to think. What did they consider bold? Well, being pregnant takes a lot of fun things off the table.  Being mild takes a few more off.  I took a look at my bucket list. What have I always wanted to do, but never had to nerve (or the time) to go through with?

The Bold 2015 Toyota Camry

How about belly dancing? It’s a perfect choice to tone and support my growing body, and well, pregnant belly dancing? That seems like a pretty bold choice to me! I was really pleased with the Camry that I picked up – an XSE model with more bells and whistles than I could handle in my short orientation, which is saying a lot for a Generation X/Yer.

Backup Camera Toyota Camry

After I spend a few days with the Toyota Camry, I’ll report back on both my driving experience and my belly dancing activities. I hope it will be a lot of fun, and not nearly as nerve-wracking as I think it will be!

I had a Camry once and really liked it. I am an SUV driver now, but I have fond memories of my Camry!

Belly dancing while pregnant sounds like a fun way to relax and mix in some fun cardio.
