Spooky, scary, and thrilling! Halloween is an extra-fun holiday that the whole family can enjoy, but some of those tricks and treats can be too much for little ones! And, let’s face it… me. I HATE rubber masks and won’t set foot in a Haunted House if you paid me. Nope. Not gonna do it. If you live in Atlanta you know that we have one of the number one Haunted Houses in the nation; Netherworld. Hubs even makes an annual trek with his buddies to the attraction, but I gladly stay home with the little guy.
To celebrate in my own way, I would love to watch some fun Halloween movies and specials with Red, but there are SO MANY gory, scary and (classic) thriller movies on TV I wanted to avoid. If you’re looking for the same, I’ve compiled a list of family-friendly TV specials you can watch over the month of October. There are many channels that have not yet released their full schedules, so watch for changes and take every listing with a grain of salt. Make sure to tune into my favorites: Hocus Pocus and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!
***Please note: ABC means ABC FAMILY, with the exception of Charlie Brown**
What are your favorite Halloween specials? Have they been scheduled yet?

And I can’t wait for Hocus Pocus. All these years and it’s still better when it’s “on TV” rather than a DVD.

So bummed! Found this today, my daughter was all excited to watch Halloweentown, but it’s not on Disney as it says on the list. I’m confused!
