At my house, we are University of Georgia fans. We are Dawg fans. From owning a bulldog named for a past Coach to having an entire man-cave decked out in University collectables, Hubs and I bleed red and black. We’ve been going to games together since I was in grad school, and I even chose the opening game of the 2010 season to tell Hubs (on campus at a tailgate party) that we were finally pregnant! Since we are both graduates of UGA, we have perfected the art of the tailgate, mixing up great recipes like cowboy caviar and offering themed spreads of decor and game day fun.
This year, I’m getting my tailgate party just right with #TeamJello Jigglers University Mold Kits. I used to eat Jello Jigglers all the time as a kid, and now that jigglers come in UGA characters and logos, I’m stoked! The mold kit comes with two identical trays and four boxes of team colored jello (varies with your team).
To make your UGA Game Day Jigglers follow these simple instructions:
1. Generously spray your mold trays with cooking spray. If you skip this step, the jello will not release and it will ruin the shape of the jigglers! *I may or may not be speaking from experience…*
2. Combine 1 1/3 cups boiling hot water with two packets of the strawberry jello (No need for cold water). Stir for 3 minutes or until well dissolved. Using a measuring cup with a nice spout, fill one mold tray. With the second mold tray, fill 2/3 of the way for each jiggler.
3. Place the trays carefully in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
4. While the #TeamJello trays set, grab a generous handful of chocolate sandwich cookies and remove the cremes by scraping. Place all the cookies in a large baggie and crush well.
5. When your molds are finished setting, remove them from the fridge. Mix up one more box of Jello with 2/3 cup of hot water. Stir well to combine.
6. Combine 1/3 cup of the crushed cookies into the hot jello mixture. Stir well to saturate the cookie crumbs.
7. Using your measuring cup, pour the cookie-jello mix into the 2/3 molds until they are level with the tray. This added layer of chocolate jello gives you some black-layered jigglers to go with your red ones!
8. Chill the mold trays again until well set.
9. Gently run a butter knife along the top edge of the jiggler to separate it from the mold. It should easily peel out and can be set on a tray with your teams’ colors!
10. Serve to your hungry football fans!
The cookie layered jigglers taste like chocolate covered strawberries, which are delicious in my book. Add a dollop of whipped cream, and you have a family-friendly tailgate dessert that can’t be beat!

If you’re looking for your favorite team, make sure to take a peek at Walmart.com. They have TONS of teams listed in the #TeamJello collection that might not be in your local store. I was lucky and grabbed a few right off the shelves of my Walmart. Grab a 75 cent off coupon from Kraft for your tailgating party and wow your guests with your new sports food!

Did you find your favorite team online at Walmart.com? How would you use your #TeamJello mold trays to share your team spirit at your tailgate party?
I like these. I’m going to get a set for a friend.
These are a perfect addition to a tailgating party..for kids or adults!
What a fun tailgating treat for kids and adults!
These are so fun! It would be a great gift for someone who is a sports fan!
So looking forward to the conference. It will be my first 🙂 And I’m so happy it’s in Atlanta and many of my favorite Georgia Bloggers will be there 🙂
You have NO idea how excited I am for football season! Up north we aren’t so much college fans, but NFL Sundays are almost a religion. Very idea.
I never used molds with Jello but these look great! Not our team of course, but still an awesome idea!
Awww, I love these! Great idea! These will be perfect for the game nights!
Love jigglers. These are great for a team party.
I love this recipe. It combines my two favorite things: Jello and Oreos. DEElicious.
I have had a lot of jello in my life, but no one ever put cookies in jello like this before. This is awesome and I need to check Walmart for our favorite team.
These are so cute! What a great, fun idea! we love jello here, so this would be such a treat!
those totally cute jello jigglers! My kids would love those!
Those are so cute! I’m sure UT jello molds will be hot in my area!
How fun are those? You did a great job with the shop! 🙂
Thank you! That means a lot coming from such a good shopper like you! 🙂
And they were so affordable, too!
I know it sounds strange, but it worked for this!
You could easily put together your NFL colors in jello! Fun and different!
They were so affordable! Cheaper than buying just the jello alone!
These are soooo cute! I am going to have to pick some up for our annual Super Bowl party!
OMG! My mom used to do this for us when I was little. That was some 30 odd years ago. Such a cool way to eat jello
These came out great. And good tip to spray liberally when preparing so they don’t stick! I too, may or may not be speaking from experience. 😉
This is really cute. I never these molds excited, great to kick off the football season!
These are fun. I went to a small, private college, so I don’t think there will be any for my team. 🙁
My college mascot was a bulldog, too! Fun photos! 🙂
Those do look like fun. I have not been successful at making jell-o jigglers before. I may have to give this a try.
I love these college team molds! Came out super cute
These look awesome! I’m surprised the molds worked so well because those bull dogs have a lot of detail for a jiggler. Oh, and Gooooo Gamecocks! (sorry I couldn’t resist) 😉
Those molds are awesome. All I’m thinking about is Homecoming Shooters!
These are so cute! I need to go see if I can find some for our teams around here!
Looks like you had had so much fun! What a great thing to have for bloggers!
I love Type-A! And I’m super psyched that I’ll get to see you in just a few short weeks!
I have thought about going to this so many times, but the cost of travel for me is so off-putting.
that is so cool. i wonder if our school is out there
I’ve been to lots of conferences and they expenses attached seem so steep to me. I’m trying to keep conferences to a minimum so I don’t break the bank!
i’ve done lots of conferences over the years. I’ve never done type a though. it’s on my list, maybe one day
I really wanted to go to the Type A on the road conference in So Cal. I will be attending next year’s Type A Con, as I can’t afford it this year.
Oh these are cute. I saw the Oregon Ducks ones!
It looks like you had a blast. Way to combine work and play!
Amber Conaway, I’ve got a couple of blogger friends who go to conferences whenever they can. They said they’re one of the best things for blogging.
I have never been to a blogging conference, but they sure do look like a lot of fun.
I love Type A. I haven’t been since it was Type-A Mom, but I’m sure it’s still just as awesome. I think I learned more there than I have any other conference.
I absolutely love Type A! I usually attend each year with my best friend, but I’m probably going to have to miss it this year which makes me sad. It always has fantastic sessions and great speakers!
I’ve never been to this conference and hadn’t heard of it until this year. I didn’t realize they catered to bloggers so heavily. I’ll have to look into it for next year.
One day I would love to go to one.. of course I would need it to be local and a friend to go with. They seem amazing and full of info.
Looks like so much fun! Maybe one day I can head on down to one of these! I’m in Canada so getting to them is what really sucks, but I would LOOOOVE to go!
That has to be a lot of fun! I would love to go! I better plan for the next one
I love Type A! Haven’t figured out if I’m able to go yet this year- lots of things going on in September for my family.
I have heard so many good things about Type A. I really want to try to get there this year!
I have been hearing good things about this conference for years. I’ll have to check it out one of these days. There are so many conferences I want to attend!
I haven’t attended any conferences like this. Sounds like a fun conference.
I would love to go to Type A Con sometime! It looks like a lot of fun, and informational at the same time!
I have been blogging seven years and I’ve never been to a conference. I’m thinking one of these years I will actually go!
I love conferences, I haven’t yet been to a Type A. Since I’m not a mom I don’t normally prioritize attending parenting conferences, but I did enjoy Niche Parent in it’s Inaugural year and went to Mom 2.0 for the first time this year and enjoyed those! I like trying at least one new to me conference each year! Great post, thanks for sharing!
