When we last talked about the kitchen wall, I was here. The flashing was done and the wall was now nice and clean, but very plain.
Now the fun part can start! I painted the top 2/3 with chalkboard paint. I’m not sure that I even want to use it as a chalkboard, but there’s something nice about the extreme matte quality of the paint. Then, I had a real professional (Thanks, Brent!) come over and fancily install a shadowbox and chair rail. He had a nail gun and super awesome saw that we don’t, making the project look that much better and go that much faster. Sometimes, time is money, people!!
Now a fresh coat of the white trim paint and to apply my butcher’s cow. If you’re dying for a sneak peek, check out my Instagram account!
Wait a second, I think I know that guy… 😉
