I love my son.  Truthfully.  But there are times that I want to pick his busy butt up by his ankles and deposit him promptly in the nearest mailbox so that I can go pee by myself.

Two year old toddlers are busy.  Mine is so busy, in fact, that the list of “to dos” I THINK I’m going to start after bedtime has a fudgesicles’ chance in hell of actually getting done, as I’m tripping over Red’s dump truck on my way to heave my body onto the couch.  He wears me slap out by the end of the day.  But I love him, and as most parents would testify, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Except maybe the volume level.  Let’s turn that down a notch… And while he’s turning it down (and snoozing in his crib after hours), I’m headed over to NickMom.com to unwind with my glass of vino and an LOL, or two.  Or five.  That place is funny.
Did your infant throw up all over your new Loft sweater today? (Even if it comes out, it will always be THAT sweater) Maybe your toddler threw the tantrum of a lifetime over not getting a Publix cookie after you just put the box of gluten-filled sugary mini snacks in the buggy.  (That little old lady is giving you the stink eye now.  Give her one back for good measure.  Make sure no one is watching).  I feel ya.  NickMom does, too!  You can easily find snippy video clips, funny cartoons or even a winnable game to play to help forget about your day, or wipe the slate clean (um, you missed a spot).

Sure, you can tell a lot about me by looking at my feet (I may or may not own 8/13 of the above shoes), but you can tell even MORE about me by what’s in my closet. That would be everything under the sun, because I never throw any of it away! I have my 1990s Doc Martens, my 2001 MaryJanes, a few pairs of cowboy boots, heels that I refuse to get rid of; the list goes on.

NickMom: What do your shoes say about you? RedheadBabyMama.com

Maybe that makes me versatile? Most likely, it makes me thrifty (more like cheap), eclectic (see: not haute couture) and a hoarder (oops). So now that you have an insight to my insanity (yes, I do have crocs. They are now my ugly garden shoes!), what do your shoes say about you? Hop over to NickMom.com and tell me all about what you found!!!
