Supplies Needed:
Duct/Painters Tape
$0.89 piece of plumber’s insulation foam
12 ft. Tinsel Christmas Garland ($4 at Hobby Lobby)
Glitter Pipe Cleaners to match, for twist-tying garland ends into place
Hang and enjoy your festive Holiday wreath. Make in any color that you can find garland.
