Head over to your cleaning cabinet. Withdraw your Windex and promptly escort it the green mile to the trashcan. RIP Windex and it’s relatives; there is a new queen in town, and her name is Fish Foam.
I was first introduced to the stuff by Sarah at The Ugly Duckling House when she promoted the product and giveaway. I’ll admit, I was slow to try it, but I was intrigued. I mean, how many times have you gone to clean your windows/mirrors/windshield and encountered streaks, remaining dirt, and drippy messes? Too many to count.
When Sarah visited for her photoshoot, she brought me a can to try, and YES! This stuff is a foaming, no drip and NO streak glass cleaner. It will clean the buggies off your car, and leave all your windows, door and mirrors with a sheen you haven’t seen since they came home from the store.
I tried it out on Dooley’s nose art (front door windows) and Red’s licking. You read that right – my kid licks the mirrors and windows. The boys go to the front door together when visitors arrive, or they hear something anything. When Dooley moves aside, Red moves in, and the cool window lures him in. To lick. and make raspberries on the glass. Gross, thanks Red!. Enter fishfoam.
I’ll have to say, Fish Foam delivers on the no-drip policy. Once sprayed out, it clings to the glass and foams up to a nice, bubbly texure. Once wiped with either a paper towel or soft towel, the glass is CLEAR. Like Crystal clear.
Moving on the hall mirror, Fish Foam continues to deliver in the hall as well as the bathroom mirrors. I caught Red in the act of licking, so I snapped a shot…
The fish foam once again cleaned up the mess instantly, and didn’t leave a residue or a streak behind. Just to be safe, I didn’t let Red around the his mirror for a few hours after cleaning.
You can buy Fish Foam on their website in singles or 3-packs, or ask questions and post comments on their Facebook Page. Also now available on Amazon! Anyone with a window needs to try this stuff out. It’s changed the way I clean the house/car/mirrors. Thank you to Sarah for letting me try it!

Hmmm…never tried it. I just used 50/50 vinegar and water this week and was shocked at how well it cleaned our mirrors…like really impressed.
