This is not a sponsored post. I served on the Disney Parks Moms Panel from 2017 & 2018. I paid my own way in the Minnie Vans, and all my thoughts and experiences are my own.
I finally had my chance to take the Minnie Vans around Walt Disney World Resort Property! If you aren’t familiar with these vans, they are Chevy Traverse vehicles that seat 7 (6 guests ride with the Cast Member) and offer two Graco Forever Car Seats. The Minnie Vans are priced based on distance traveled from pick-up location to requested destination within Walt Disney World Resort. You’ll see the total cost before you call the car and be able to pay for the service conveniently through the Lyft app.
You can find the Minnie Vans servicing at these Walt Disney World Resorts: (NOW UPDATED TO ALL RESORTS AND PARKS)

If you are staying at a Disney World Resort Hotel, you’ll be “within range” to call the Minnie Vans. to reach destinations like Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. Minnie Van service is currently available between 6:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. (subject to change).
The interior of the vans is full leather and extremely clean. I enjoyed the magical service of a friendly Disney Cast Member as well as the personalized transportation option, but I may not take Minnie Vans all the time since the cost could easily add up. I was missing this service last year when my family stayed at the Contemporary Resort and needed to go to Boardwalk early in the morning for a dining reservation. We were facing a lack of car seat and the need to go from Resort to Resort, which used to be a missing service!
Take a look at my Minnie Van ride from this year:
Minnie Van Service – Airport Shuttle
You can book a ride from MCO Orlando Airport to your Disney Resort hotel (as well as a return trip to MCO) up to 6 months in advance. To arrange a 1-way or round-trip Minnie Van ride to the airport, call (407) WDW-PLAY. As with a Disney’s Magical Express ride, you’ll need to have your flight information nearby. You cannot book an airport ride through the LYFT app. These airport and Port Canaveral trips will be taken in a Suburban, for the extra storage as well as occupancy. I estimate there are about 40 Minnie Vans and perhaps 10+ Suburbans with the fleet yet to grow.
While Minnie Vans can accommodate up to 8 medium suitcases, you’ll want to check your bags in advance at Resort Airport Services when departing your Disney Resort. For Minnie Van airport pickup, they are unable to take your bags separately on Disney’s Magical Express. Minnie Van airport shuttles are $150 each way; gratuity NOT included. Airport service is not available for the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin Hotel, Four Seasons Orlando, Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, or Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels.
