ROC House has you covered – it’s NOT just a gym. The Ladies-only Fitness Spa invited me to try their services and see what they were all about.
The moment you step into ROC house, the high end yet approachable vibe is tangible. Offering only the newest workout equipment, designed for a woman’s body and the hottest classes in the market, ROC House keeps you fit AND looking beautiful. The upper level is awash with beauty routines, workout gear and a sweet little cafe offering everything from smoothies to sandwiches to a champagne toast.
Check out a sample of our Cardio Barre workout – it was an extreme 30 minutes! Olivia put is through the ringer, but claimed she “went easy!” It was a very hip, new workout that I really enjoyed because of my background in ballet. I knew I was taking the right form, even though I couldn’t always keep up with her speed!
To say enough about ROC’s women only environment wouldn’t be enough – you have to SEE it. Fabulous dressing rooms with storage, privacy and enough perks to make you want to dress there everyday instead of your own home! See the high end hair dryers in the cubbies? All ready for you! Even shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the pristine showers.
I took absolutely NO photos of my facial or the spa section of the ROC house because I was that relaxed. It was fabulous, zen-full and relaxing; a pampering experience that I held on to for the rest of the day. What I did snag for you was a spa menu, with prices! Check out how comparable these are – totally affordable! That grilled chicken sandwich looks YUM. We don’t have a Chick-fil-a nearby but I sure wish we did. Everytime we go shopping I usually stop cause we don’t get that way often enough.

I love Chick Fil A lemonade! I always get the Light version, personally! That’s awesome your an ambassador for them!
I can’t wait to try this new sandwich! We have one chik-fil-a that is about twenty minutes from us. And, fun fact, why is it that every manager I’ve ever met at chik-fil-a is just the darn sweetest?! It’s like crazy how their customer service is on point at every location!
I always ask for extra pickles anywhere I go! That sandwich looks really good and I wish we had Chik-Fil-A in Canada!
Before I switched to eating almost raw vegan over a year ago, I loved going to Chick Fil A for breakfast. Their staff is always so kind and they knew me by name
I seriously need to request that they move this down to Florida! I would love to go somewhere like this with my girlfriends. That dressing room looks like a personal bathroom!
We actually just got a Chick Fil A here in Rockford and while I have yet to eat there I’ve heard people raving about it! And from the looks of that gorgeous sandwich and those yummy fries, I can see why 😉

I love Chick-Fil-A as well as their lemonade. Where we live they have something called Mommy Valet. You order in the drive thru and they have everything ready when you go in the store.
