Tech Talent South coding classes
Does your teen spend countless hours playing video games? How about you or your husband? Computer games, Video games, MMO games, even simpler candy puzzle games can keep our attention for hours.  But instead of spending an entire evening playing someone else’s creation, what if your teen was BUILDING his own game?  Tech Talent South is offering a two weekend course where your 14 year old (or even your husband) can learn to create, code and play a entire video game.  Try out the course for a fun gamer hobby, or even as a base for a radical career change in our post-recession economy.

When you sign up for the Intro to Game Development course, you’ll be immersed for two weekends. The next class offering is March 29-30 2014 and April 5-6 2014. Each class day lasts from 9:30am to 4:00pm with a lunch break. You’ll be sure to walk out of the beginner class with scads more knowledge than when you entered – you’ll be amazed!
Tech Talent South’s Intro to Game Development class is being held at 454 Irwin St NE Atlanta, GA 30312, set up in the Old Fourth Ward. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll know that it’s a super trendy startup center with tons of entrepreneurial activity, so you’re sure to be inspired by new and exciting things.  The course tuition is $850 with open enrollment (no interview is necessary). You’ll learn such skills as developing custom behaviors and animation, scenery and character design, and utilizing physics engines.  No previous knowledge of coding or skillsets are required so whether you’re a 16-year-old teenager looking to write your very first game or a 60 something searching for a hobby or even that radical career change, Tech Talent South’s classes are a great perfect starting point.  It’s a beginner class!!

Be sure to visit Tech Talent South on twitter and facebook where the team is super active, friendly, and listing all sorts of coding offerings. Get out there and signup for a class!

I actually liked both, but I loved that the Yoplait was already blended. I hate opening up a container of Greek yogurt and seeing it all gloppy, and the Yoplait didn’t have that!

Yoplait is a staple in our house. Though I haven’t tried their Greek variety yet, it does sound delicious!

My husband has tried so many different kinds of the Greek yogurts lately and he LOVES the Yoplait ones. He actually just tried their Greek Yogurt Ice Cream today and LOVED it.

Yoplait is my favorite yogurt! I have never been a fan of the fruit on the bottom. I love Yoplaits lemon burst original style yogurt, though. YUMMY!

Babies and movies are so tricky! My daughter still won’t sit and she is 3.5. We can get a good hour and then its sketchy. I refuse to let her drink anything because she will use it as an excuse to take frequent potty breaks and I don’t get to enjoy the movie. We have a theater in our home so at this point the closest she gets is going to the basement!

I am so skeptical to try greek yogurt other than as a substitute for sour cream. I tried some one time and just about lost it! But, this actually looks quite delicious and I think it will be my next purchase. I like to give things a fair shake!

My ex husband would totally die to do something like this. He is such a video game nerd and loves anything techy. I wish they had something like this in our area. I know he would enjoy this fully.

My husband would enjoy this. He doesn’t get to play his video games as much now that we have a baby in the house, but he will sneak in a little time when possible.

That’s a great way to get teenagers into computer coding – by showing them how to create a video game. why not have them do something that they love and most teens I know certainly love to play video games!
