The #AladdinMason Southern Luncheon Recap

Don’t you just love a Southern Luncheon? I know I do, being from GA and SC, and Aladdin was kind enough to host me to their version of a luncheon at the old Anthony’s restaurant in downtown Atlanta.  It’s recently been converted into a million dollar entertaining facility, so it was the perfect backdrop to feature the new Aladdin Mason Entertaining Collection that’s too perfect for words!  Just take a look at the heavy duty plastic multiple-gallon dispensers laden with punches, lemonades and berries…

They even had a little “photo booth” set up with a picturesque frame and plenty of props to take a… wait for it… MUG shot!  Isn’t that sweet? And these bad boys are light, airy, and insulated. No sweaty drinks for me!

And take a look at this lovely set up.  The sweet girls from MomTrends, PartyBluPrints and Aladdin did a fabulous job setting a tablescape worthy of Scarlett herself.  Magnolia leaves were our place markers, beautiful beaded glass chargers were set along the edges and Aladdin Masons held armfuls of local garden flowers.

Even our menus were personalized with our dish selections.  I immediately sent out some instagrams of these great little party favors; networking cards with creative fill in the blanks just for moms.  I’m loving these place settings!

You can really see the insulation of the Aladdin Masons – the handles make them even more handy to tote around along with your diaper bag or toddler.  Since they are plastic, you certainly can’t break them, and maybe all that positive energy they are channeling will rub off on your day!

A true Southern Dessert is a trifle, and Aladdin wasn’t to be outdone! Even though they are a northern company, don’t let them fool you – the DIY trifle in a Mason dessert was a hit with all the guests. I added raspberry compote, colored chocolate shavings, and plenty of freshly whipped cream to my short plastic mason jar.

Truly the best dessert photo I’ve ever taken, though this trifle was begging to be eaten. It was hard to stop and enjoy it for it’s color and not gobble it up… though I soon did.

Aladdin and PartyBluPrints had a wonderful DIY spice rub bar as a party favor. I added a bunch of brown sugar to my pre-made spice mix to use on a butt in my crockpot (seriously, it’s divine!)  The super tight plastic mason lid means that my spices won’t leak out or go stale so I can pack them as gifts for others.

MomTrends, one of our generous hosts, recaps the event here, too (I even made it into one of the photos)!  Follow the hashtag #AladdinMason to catch more of the fun, and head out to a store near you to grab few of the Mason Jars from the Aladdin Entertaining collection.  What is the first thing you would do with an Aladdin Plastic Mason Jar?

Nice work! We did the same thing before we moved. Then I was sad to leave all our new upgrades. But the bigger house quickly made me forget haha!

I love the Aladdin stuff. We just has a sleepover with almost 20 kids. The Aladdin mason cups were perfect. I didn’t have to worry about broken glasses.
