LOL about you setting your husband straight about the real meaning of Thanksgiving. Too funny. We did a potluck. That was perfect because it meant I could actually relax a little bit on Thanksgiving for a change.
I’m glad you still posted it even if it’s been a few weeks since Thanksgiving! This time of year is so chaotic that I completely understand the delay! I know you were hating on your own decorating, but I think the table looked awesome and your guests seemed like they had a great time! We are our own worst critics. 😉
I am beyond impressed with your table- ha! Hosting your first Thanksgiving is such a huge milestone, especially with the busy time you have going on. I think it looks Pinterest-worthy!
Depending on which side of the family we are celebrating with, we either go to my aunt’s house or my stepdad’s mother’s house. My house is terribly too small to handle a family gathering like Thanksgiving – hopefully one day that will change!
Red looks thrilled.
Merry Christmas!

Man! That Santa looks Classic!! I love his real beard!
You’re making me laugh because I’m thinking the opposite. Don’t foist your silly can-shaped cranberry blob on me! Your phone convo made me laugh!

It’s never too late to share great family memories. I think you did a fab job with the decorating!
What a great smile! The Santa looks awesome too.
We host, but it is definitely low scale. We enjoy the time spent with family and try to focus less on the fact that I am not Martha Stewart 🙂
Haha, your conversation with your husband cracked me up. But really, all family cares about is food so as long as that was good… 🙂

He is so cute. I can just imagine his excitement. He got a perfect smile too!
He is so adorable! Looks like Santa is his very best friend
