Ignite the Spark! Light the Fire! I just returned from my trip to Batuu and the Black Spire Outpost at Walt Disney World Resort! Of course, I ate my way through the land, consuming everything from Blue Milk with coconut rum to a juice blend at Oga’s Cantina that matched my Porg Disneybound. When it came time for some substantive fare, we went to Docking Bay 7, a quick-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. I capture the entire full menu for Docking Bay 7 complete with allergy-friendly menu items!
What I Ate at Docking Bay 7
Being a seafood lover, I gravitate towards shrimp. This chilled Yobsob Noodle salad is very light, yet filling and slightly spicy. It tingled my mouth noticeably, but when I ate the shrimp, there was no heat. This specific dish matches up with both Dairy Free and Gluten Free needs per the allergy menus below. It’s also offered in a child’s size meal, though I didn’t feel overstuffed with this portion.
The Oi-Oi? yes, please. It’s a lot like a puff pastry shell, but slightly more stuff, filled with passion mouse that flows easily. Once you cut into the Oi-Oi, it collapses terribly and isn’t pretty anymore, but is still delicious with the mouse on top.
The Batuu Bon dessert is much more decadent with a dense dark chocolate texture like flourless chocolate cake (this has gluten in it). It has a touch of coffee and more chocolate, so I would split this with someone – it’s intense and for dark chocolate lovers!
Full Menu for Docking Bay 7 in Walt Disney World Resort
If you’re here for the full menus, I have you covered. The dark-backed menu is double-sided, featuring breakfast on one side (which is great, since Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is opening at 6am during the first few weeks), and lunch/dinner on the other side. You will note the pricing is to the side of each item, but the allergy menu pricing is not listed – you will need to refer to the main menus or the screens at the register.
The restaurant smells amazing, and it’s the crispy chicken, also called Fried Endorian Tip Yip. It permeates into the streets, but doesn’t smell heavy or greasy. The Fried Chicken is breast meat, while the roasted chicken on the salad is indeed thigh (dark meat).
Full ALLERGY MENU for Docking Bay 7 in Walt Disney World Resort
Have allergies? Walt Disney World is one of the best places to vacation! With chefs available to speak with you about your needs at every restaurant, families can dine without stress. Just place your order with your waiter or at Docking Bay 7, with the register and you can ask for a chef to speak with you. They can combine these dishes or remove an ingredient easily. They may even be able to make a substitution if you have more than one allergy.
While Docking Bay 7’s allergy menu covers lots of options, be sure to do your research before you come. If you have more than two allergies, you may find that you want to eat “on earth” before visiting Batuu. ‘Til the Spire!

I really like that because I can’t have shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts. I have to be careful. This would help.
