Feeling cooped up? We are, too! While the dog days of summer come and go, we’re thinking of great boredom busters to get out of the house and stay active. Bikes, trikes, and scooters have been big perks these last few weeks, and now we’re mixing up the regular bike rally with a Razor Scooter Obstacle Course Challenge and attention-grabbing chalk lines. Thank you to Razor for supplying us with a complimentary scooter. Affiliate links may be used.
Razor Scooter Obstacle Course
We pulled a DIY with the help of spray chalk (it washes away), patio chairs, and a few other surprises from the garage. Red even had his own cheer section courtesy of Scarlett, who then followed behind him on her tricycle. In between summer showers, we’re staying active with walks, bike rides and scootering. It’s easy to have a distanced bike rally with friends when you want to show off your new shiny Razor scooter! Watch our new YouTube video to see what fun we had!
For 20 years (their anniversary is in June!), Razor has always been focused on families and fresh air! Staying active is not only essential for kids, but important for adults as well, and everyone has had to find new ways to have fun and stay active! At Razor, they know scooters and ride-ons play an important part in kids’ activities and play.
Now I’m challenging your family to come up with your own unique obstacle course! Need a little help with a ride-along? Enter the giveaway below for a chance to win your own Razor scooter to stay active this summer. The Sponsor will fulfill the prize to the winner.
I love those little people to caution drivers on the course! We’ll use sidewalk chalk and definitely use some circles so my daughter has to spin!
We will draw a maze with chalk.
Oh this sounds like a fun idea.
I would put out some buckets that we have and draw things with chalk.
We will make a maze with cones
Not much of one for now since this would be my daughter’s first scooter.
I would create a nice little track.
I think she will have a blast on the scooter by itself but I could use colored chalk to create different paths and obstacles.
Oh how about a garden hose water shower ride thru? Great video. and a greeeeeaaat scooter!!
I would put cones out.
I would like to let you know that I like your amazing obstacle course challenge and would be happy to participate in it as well. Sounds cool!
I would make a chalk course down my driveway for my kiddos!
We will make a maze with buckets.
